I have spent eight years of my professional life helping companies and organizations find better ways to train their teams and promote a culture of learning and accountability via E-learning, survey analysis and

I am also the founder and director of a 501(c)3 non-profit dedicated to incentivizing the continuation of adult learning. My experiences have led me to become a strong public speaker, workforce educator, and learning management coordinator for a variety of organizations including my own non-profit.

This methodology is designed to cover every crucial aspect of preparation and execution, ensuring that both you and your audience benefit to the fullest extent possible.

I Identify who your audience is. What are their backgrounds, interests, and level of knowledge about the topic?
I organize your main points logically, ensuring a smooth flow. Use sub-points to delve deeper into each topic. Utilize visuals, charts, and diagrams to support and enhance your message.
We will practice to ensure you cover all points within the allotted time and adjust the content if needed.
I prepare handouts if necessary, containing key points or additional information for the audience.
I use reputable and diverse sources to gather data, facts, quotes, and other relevant content.
We will choose a consistent design theme or template that aligns with your topic and audience. Avoid overly busy designs.
